Promivac Engineers

These are available in Single, Double & triple Stage in Direct / V - Belt Driven Versions. These are Specially Designed and Fabricated to ensure High Efficiency & Trouble Free Operation and are Highly Resistant to severe conditions such as High Temperature, Corrosion and Abrasion. These are available in different materials of construction such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Rubber Lined, Epoxy Painted and FRP Fabricated.

Construction

An Exhauster or Blower consists of a rotating system of Shaft & Impellers operating in a specially designed casing with Inlet & Outlet connections. The shaft is made of High Grade Carbon Steel, machined & ground to accommodate the Impellers & Bearings. The Impellers are a composite section of casting / fabricated from high tensile aluminum, MS/CRC sheet, accurately balanced & are held securely on the shaft by heavy endwise locknuts.

Optional Accessories

Vibration Isolators & Flexible Connections at Inlet & Outlet can be provided to minimise transmission of Vibration, Inlet / Outlet Silencers to reduce Noise Level & Multivane Damper for controlling air. A suitably designed Vacuum Storage Tank can also be supplied with the unit to act as a reservoir to store Vacuum for Instant Evacuation.
