This technology has, in fact, infiltrated into our households as well. T.V, Refrigerators, cars, computers & host of other items of daily use have actually come about because of this. The trivial most, but the most essential item, known to us as an electric bulb, perhaps would not have been there in its present form had vacuum pump not been invented & we perhaps, would still have remained dependent upon lanterns & candles for light.

The Vision

Sensing a very high potential in this field, a young visionary at the age of only twenty, took it upon himself to learn & master this complicated technique. His practical experiments over the years led him to produce the quality machines for the benefit of education, industry and research. He started from a very humble beginning and today he manages to produce about 3 to 5 thousand units a year in his well equipped plants and markets the same under the illustrious & popular banner 'PROMIVAC'.

A little later in the year 1991, he ventured into the field of process pumps as well and now he has started a 2nd state of the art unit entirely dedicated to producing various types of process pumps under the same banner, which too have gained tremendous popularity within a span of about 15 years. The range includes, Corrosion Resistant Chemical Process Pumps in various constructions. SS, PP and PTFE are few among others. Gear, Barrel, Dosing, Metering & Magnetically driven pumps are some of the other models which are being produced there.
